The short version: this site doesn’t watch you. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, nothing loaded from third parties. The only personal data we ever handle is the email you choose to send us.

What we process, and why

Browsing this site: nothing on our side. We set no cookies and run no analytics, so no consent banner is needed — there is nothing to consent to. The site is served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.); like any web host, GitHub receives standard connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.
Email you send us: your address, name and whatever your message contains. We use it solely to reply and to conduct the business you asked about (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract; art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in answering correspondence). Messages are kept as ordinary business records and are not shared with anyone, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — one email to info [at] sota-teh [dot] com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
